Increasing CPR Education Quality Improvement Visual Abstract

Quality Improvement is a key component to nursing and the advancement of healthcare. Currently, Black and Hispanic individuals have lower CPR education rates due to several factors. As an AHA BLS/Heartsaver Instructor I am dedicated to this QI problem. I have opened my own LLC to further combat this issue.

2

Increasing CPR Education Quality Improvement Using A Design Thinking Approach

Design thinking is an innovative way to understand end-users of product and designing a product that will serve beneficial. Please see my approach to addressing the lack of CPR education in the Black and Hispanic communities.

3

Increasing CPR Education Quality Improvement Health Equity Scholar Program

To effectively complete a QI project, one must learn proper tools and have adequate resources. In the CHEAA Health Equity Scholars program, we learn various tools such as, networking skills, collaboration skills, inclusivity skills, etc, to implement on our quality improvement project.
